Service Description
HumAIn provides hybrid workforce governance and infrastructure management services for enterprise customers. Our platform enables visibility, control, and compliance for humans + AI working together.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use HumAIn services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited activities include attempting to reverse engineer the platform or using the service for any unlawful purposes.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data processed through the HumAIn platform. We claim no intellectual property rights over your data or AI models.
Limitation of Liability
HumAIn's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you may export your data within 90 days.
